Where do we deliver?

bubz’N’mumz delivers Australia-wide. 

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses when you have chosen Express Delivery.

Please ensure all your information is entered correctly on your order - we are unable to make changes once the order has shipped.

How much does it cost?

Spend over $59 and get your delivery FREE!*

*This excludes bulky and heavy items such as walkers, prams, cots, etc. These items are marked as bulky on the product pages.

Bulky items will incur a fixed shipping rate based on the zone your post code falls into.

To get a shipping estimate, simply enter your post code when reviewing your shopping cart at any point while shopping and the system will calculate your shipping cost.

COMBINE AND SAVE! – Save on bulky shipping charges when you add more than one bulky item to your cart. You will receive a discounted bulky shipping charge for each additional bulky item added to your cart.

All standard items in your cart are still eligible for free shipping, even if you purchase a bulky/large item. bubz’N’mumz reserves the right to refuse delivery to particular postcode regions


  • If your order is undelivered and needs to be resent, you will be charged an administrative fee before the order is redelivered.
  • For any change of mind returns, you will be charged a return service fee before your refund is finalised.
  • In the instance that a change of address is required following dispatch, you will be charged an administrative fee before the order is delivered.

Estimated Delivery Times

Over 90% of our orders are dispatched the next business day once payment has been approved.

Delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 business days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-5 business days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 business days

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Also, please expect your delivery on business days only (Monday-Friday).

During busy periods please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Moment your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email with your unique ‘Tracking Number’ and Delivery details. 

All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. Our delivery contractors (Australia Post) typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address. 

If you are not around when your parcel is delivered the driver will either leave a calling card for redelivery, and/or leave the parcel for pick up at your local post office.

International Delivery

At this stage, bubz’N’mumz does not delivery outside of Australia. We hope to begin international delivery as part of our service in the near future.

Products Arriving Together

In some instances, with a large order requiring more than one box, our packages may arrive separately – please note this is very rare.

In your order details, if you see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages.

You can also track each package separately, simply enter the individual tracking number at http://auspost.com.au/track/
